Please Allow Us to Introduce Ourselves...
Hey there! Welcome to this little pad in cyberspace called Clear Skies, home of the artwork of one Wilson Goldwing. Now, let me clear one thing up to save further confusion, Wilson doesn't maintain this site. Somehow he's brainwashed his HTML savvy brother to create the site for him... and that would be me. I'm Ted, aka my Internet nick, The Brahma Bear.

Two Brothers From Separate Mothers

Wilson Ted
If you have ever done a search for Disney's TaleSpin fanart, then you have most likely seen Wilson's work before. His distinct drawing style and rich Photoshop coloring effects have earned him the respect of the entire online fandom. But we'll dig more into that later...

And no, Wilson and I are not related by blood. In fact, we've never even met in person. We met online, became fast friends, and what can I say... I truly love the guy like a brother, despite living 16,000 miles away from him. I was born and raised in the United States (Southern California), while my bro' was born in Brazil, near São Paulo. We met when he asked to have his first TaleSpin related pic posted on one of my TaleSpin sites, and the rest, as they say, is history.

The purpose of this site is relatively simple, to get Wilson's artwork recognized outside of the TaleSpin fandom. I had Furnation as a host in mind from the very get-go. We realize there is a lot of outstanding artwork out there, but we hope you'll find the work you see here to be not-so-incredibly bad. ;-)

What's With All the TaleSpin?
Well, it's fairly simple. You see, Wilson started doing artwork on a regular basis for the TS fandom, and he hasn't stopped yet (nor will he anytime soon). I stress that a lot of the scenes he draws are fan-based, not series based. Most of them are illustrations from fanfics and role-playing scenarios. I realize this can create a dilemma for people not familiar with the show or it's characters, let alone the fan-created characters, so I've tried to concisely explain things wherever appropriate.

Since TaleSpin was one of the greatest animated series ever produced, and consisted of a completely anthropomorphic universe (with emphasis on bear characters), it's been a source of inspiration for many artists and writers to let out their furry creativity.
